The Promenade Launches -- January, 2004
The Fenton Group helps kick of $50 million project

The Fenton Group was tapped by the Foundry Associates to launch The Promenade -- a $50 million luxury apartment complex located in the historic Brown & Sharpe Complex. At a major press announcement Providence Mayor David Cicilline dubbed the project "a major expansion of the City's Renaissance." Cicilline joined Tony Thomas and Tom Guerra, the partners leading the project as well as a crowd of 100. The event was covered by the Providence Journal, Providence Business News, Associated Press, WHJJ radio, Metro Network Radio, WJAR TV-10, WPRI TV-12, New England Real Estate Journal and Providence Monthly. Marketing of the project will begin this spring.
